Privacy Policy

Togather (“we,” “us”) helps a host create an event and collect photos from guests. We built Togather to need as little personal information as possible — there are no accounts, logins, or passwords. This policy explains what we handle and why.

Information we handle

• Event details you provide as a host: event title, date, chosen plan, and an optional cover photo.
• A device identifier: a random ID generated on your device so the app can show you the events you created. It is not your name, email, or Apple ID, and it is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
• Guest first names: when a guest adds photos, they enter a first name so everyone knows who shared what. No account, email, or last name is requested.
• Photos and their metadata: the images guests upload, plus basic details like file size and upload time.
• Purchase records: events are one-time purchases made through Apple’s App Store. Apple (and our payments provider, RevenueCat) processes the transaction; we never receive your card or payment details.

How we use it

• To create your event, generate its shareable link and QR code, and display the photos guests add.
• To enforce your plan’s guest limit and upload window.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to respond to support or content reports.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored & how long

Event data and photos are stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (web hosting). Photos remain viewable for the duration of your plan — 3 months (Gathering), 6 months (Celebration), or 12 months (Grand) — after which they are deleted from the service. Hosts can download the full album at any time to keep it permanently.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Togather, under their own terms: Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting), and Apple / RevenueCat (purchases). We may disclose information if required by law or to address violations of our Terms.

Your choices

Anyone can report a photo from the guest page or in the app, and a host can remove any photo from their event. To request deletion of an event or specific content, email us at togather@owedge.app and we’ll act promptly.

Children

Togather is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
