These Terms govern your use of Togather (the “Service”). By creating an event, adding photos, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Togather lets a host create an event and collect photos from guests through a shareable link — no account required. Events are a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store. Each plan includes a guest limit, an upload window, and a viewing period after which photos are deleted.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Togather. Hosts are responsible for their event and the people they invite.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content and behavior. You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, depicts or exploits minors, infringes others’ rights, or is otherwise objectionable. You agree not to abuse, harass, or harm other users.
You may only upload photos that you have the right to share, and you grant the event’s host and guests permission to view and download them within the Service.
Anyone can report a photo directly from the guest page or in the app. The event’s host can remove any photo from their event at any time. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and will remove violating content and eject violating users within 24 hours. To report content or a user, use the in-product report option or email togather@owedge.app.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, with or without notice.
Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to the App Store terms. Plans are one-time purchases per event and are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies; refund requests are handled by Apple.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that photos will be available indefinitely; viewing periods are limited by plan and hosts should download albums they wish to keep. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Togather is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
